Photographs from two international ice sculpture competitions held in Korkeasaari at 17.-18. and 24.-25. January 2004. Theme of competitions were
animals and nature.
Miniatyre competition where iceblock size were 100cm*55cm*25cm (about 39*22*10 inches). Ice was made from normal household water in Helsinki. Teams
had total 10 hours of time during two days.

Main competition where iceblock size were 170cm*80cm*60cm (about 67*31*24 inches). Ice was natural ice brought from Lapland. Some of the photographs
are taken during actual competition day just after sculptures were finished. Some are taken after about week later. During competition day sculptures
had only white lights around them, colored lights were added later to all sculptures. Teams had total 12 hours of time during two days.
